Topsail Island Yacht Club Clubhouse Finished!

The Certificate of Occupancy for our new clubhouse was issued on January 6, 2016 and we have moved from the old office to the new facility. Due to a design change in the pool, the construction of the pool was delayed. The pool is in the ground and filled with water waiting for the concrete decking to be poured. There is also some landscaping work remaining to be done around the pool, but the pool will be operational when the spring season begins.

There are not enough thank yous to cover the amount of time, energy, resources, and knowledge that have been poured into this project since we started. The board of directors, the building committee, the finish committee, the rules committee, the social committee, our contractor, and all of the owners of slips have all contributed to make this happen and deserve many thanks. There will be many days of fun, boating, and relaxing by the pool in the future. Following are some pictures so everyone can see the completed clubhouse and the almost completed pool area. Enjoy!
