TIYC Clubhouse Going Vertical

It has only been a month since my last update, but we have seen a lot of progress on the construction of the clubhouse. The ground floor block wall is complete, the concrete slab has been poured, the first floor is framed out, the elevator shaft is built to the second floor, the second floor walls are going up, and the joists for the first floor deck have been started. We should have the roof trusses delivered this week. The Building Committee and Finish Committee are working very hard to help things run smoothly. Our contractor, Jason Warner and his crew have been doing a great job. The views from the top floor are fantastic!
